LINQ is working closely with a large rail communications organisation, responsible for the upgrade and installation of CCTV, PA Systems and Help Points to key stations on the Crossrail network.

We require Electrical Communications Technician & Junior Electrical Communications Technicians    for immediate starts on Crossrail stations in Zones 1 & 2 of the London tube map.

This is a long-term contract based on 10 hours per day. First 8 hour paid at standard rate and additional hours paid at time and third.  Overtime hours available at enhanced rates.

You will be required to work with and provide support to Communications Engineers in aspects of Cable Management inc. Unistrut, Tray, Metal Conduit and basic Wiring and Termination.

You will need electrical qualifications or part qualifications, with an ECS card and preferably a JIB card.

- Eligibility to work in the UK                                                                                                                                     - - - Valid ECS Card                                                                                                                                                           - Previous work references                                                                                                                                           - Commutable distance from Zones 1 & 2                                                                                                                   - Previous electrical site experience

Rates are dependent on relevant grading and on day shift range between is £14.86 and £19.91 inclusive of bonus.  Bonus scheme is related to attendance and performance.

Engagement to this project is governed by the Crossrail Industrial Relations Policy and will incorporate direct employment and PAYE.
